First of all, that isn't a flute.
Secondly, it's like the most out of tune recorder I've ever heard.
Thirdly, it's not an epic solo, it's just a few notes here and there. Nothing special.
Fourthly, the site doesn't even loop it properly.

does it add anything except change crafting recipes of other mods?

What little it does add isn't worth the pain and suffering that is gregtech
