I believe the VoxelBox has what you're looking for. It's a pack in FTB if I remember correctly.

WorldEdit is command-based, while the VoxelBox (hoping for correct terminology) actually has a tool where you sculpt landscapes by hand. I prefer the latter, but it's up to Nickelob.
