Something about the roof is not that pleasing.
Try going a bit more pointed, it'd fit the style that you have going underneath it.

AKA they added 16 colors of stained glass, all which work correctly.

They are the same as Tinted Glass from Minecraft 2.0, the joke version they gave to LPers.
