Rotarycraft (reactorcraft is the power component of this pair, very very advanced though), Industrial craft 2, Thermal expansion, buildcraft, Universal Electricity, factorization, and minefactory reloaded.

It seems like If I try to install a 512X512 Texture pack onto minecraft it wont work
Like I switch it over to the active side but as soon as I click OK it switches back and everything is still default.
and when I do the 256X256 Texture pack on anything that isn't normal Minecraft it just crashes.

Probably because your computer is exploding from trying to render that
