%1 Problem

When I put in %1 in a chat client message instead of saying the player that triggered it...
It just says %1, is there a problem?

Keep "%1" spaced from other words.  If you update the welcome msg in-game with RTB, it will you updated the welcome msg, and show your msg with %1, but it really works for others.  Try rejoining your server if its dedicated and look at the welcome msg.
