Spy cloaking device.

I was working on this a while ago, but I never finished.

great idea, when you cloak yourself, you should be slightly shimmery, and invisable, so you see a few dots there, and nothing else.
in other words, ALMOST clompletely invisible.

or when people see through you, things look distorted, like looking through a bent lens, but moving.

with certain events you could make a disguise kit. I can't remember his name but someone came by and made it on Mario71's server
