Server Hosting Problem

I went through the steps for fowarding my ports and then i made my own server and nobody joined so i left and took a look at the servers and i found my server but it said the ping was dead.... is there any free way to fix this?

Maximum:

Host a free admin server. If you leave your server, it automatically dies.
