Did you set up a static ip? that might help. if not then try turning of your firewall or make it stop blocking blockland

ok, ive got everything to work but my friends get really lagged and have to/forced to leave. even though my ping is very low. How do I fix this problem?

you don't have enough bandwith(aka your internet isn't fast enough or there are a ton of users boging it down)
