Xbox LIVE - Belkin Router

Ok , so, I have a Belkin F5D9230-4 router, my Xbox is connected by ethernet cable to it, it connects fine, but I constantly lag and time out why? My NAT is open.

if people are online or you have wireless always lags when playing turn off computer or get diffrent companny like.........gci or ......at&t
