If they "reposted" the thread with all of the replies then there would be two identical threads. It's just one thread with a lot of replies in it. It is not magic. Wtf is wrong with you?

No, people just post in it a lot.
When you post, it moves that thread to the top of the board. If people keep posting, it stays at the top of the board.
