Deaths not showing. Points not registered

I am posting on behalf of my friend who is having this problem. At his servers, when someone kiulls someone, it doesn't show the image in chat of what weapon killed who. It doesn't show anything. You niehter get the image that should be displayed or the points for killing. Yes, he has 1 point per kill set in the minigame. I would like to know what is causing this.

well, the icon could be greek bots or copy mod, not sure about points

its copy mod. greekbots never had that problem, but they updated copy mod to make it a little better so that wont happen, but just get rid of it

mmmm k..ill get rid of copy mod, then see what happens.
