HELP NEED WRENCH EVENT HELP!!

I have a sever up now, an RPG one, and I need to make a pay day every 5 minutes.
Like you press a block button and it puts $100 in your bank then the block dissipears for 5 minutes, but then what about the other people who need their pay day?  Could you please help?
