COD4 Damage

You know how when your about to die in COD4,your screen is really red on the sides and it kinda fades as it goes to the middle and theres a heart thumping sound?
I thought someone could make a addon that replaces the old damage screen with that one.
This is what I mean:
Just thinking it might be cool for more realist battles.

Bushido doesn't script.
If someone gives me a transparent overlay ill see what i can do.
