Private Decal wanted

He means, that you can see it, but others can't.
Although, I think that you can enable DLing decals, and if they do that, I think they could be able to see it, but I don't really know about that.

I don't think so.
Boomshan, what I mean is, if someone doesn't have a decal downloaded that someone is wearing, they can't see it. So if you had your own personal decal, nobody would ever be able to see it.
