Is 28 Weeks Later a good movie to watch alone?

A good part is when the guy gets out of the car and get raped by 2 pyros. I don't remember what movie it was but the Plants where killing people, it was so bad when the guy turned on the ride on mower and laid under it.

Never seen it though. I heard it's pretty bad.
