I had to send it in to Geek squad, it took them a month and a half to fix it. Luckily I had a warranty. They needed to replace the motherboard, the hard drive, the video unit, basically 75% of the computer was replaced. The guy said they shoulda just given me another one. Now I have kaspersky, it already protected me from 2 trojans: I wub my Kaspersky, yus I do :3 |
