No, that's from Halo Custom Edition, look it up
It was a user made map based on Halo 2 using the user made Halo 2 player models along with the Halo 2 HUD and weapons, the map is some New Mombasa map, the Ghost vehicle on that map had such an ANNOYING boost sound, i almost hated to use that vehicle! But i loved flying high up to find the hidden paint can weapon and use it to paint stuff :D
