I Loooooooovee (Extra Vowels for emphasis) Little Ceasers. Which is a some pizza place in my town. The pizza is fast, but not rushed. Steaming, but not brunt, and it comes with FREE bread sticks!
However, between Pizza Hut and Dominos. Let the hut burn.
