my options wont save their changes

today at blockland version 12, i changed my add ons back to where they were i used to since it went back to default, i changed it to back what i wanted and needed, and it saved, but the problem is, everytime i leave a server, the controls go back to default! How do i stop this from happening?

I think it's a bug in the new version.

There is a million of bugs in V12
but when i set my options it does not mess up
