Revise addons for v12

Maximum:

Since more than half of addons don't function right with v12, I am requesting all addon authors to go through and revise their addons so they work right with v12.

Broke addons:

Space Guys TDM
Duplicator
Fillcan
Blowtorch

(If you know of any addons that do not work, please list below)

4 is half of 646. Amazing.

I'm in the process of fixing things. The tabs and GUI stuff works again in my copy, I just need to do more testing.

Currently the Teams and Rules tabs are the same as in v11, they do not use the new layout. With the select player list it seems to work better like that, anyway.

There are 646 topics in Add-Ons. He has mentioned four broken Add-Ons as "more than half" of them.
