Various Things Disappearing

I'm currently in the process of building a sort of Exploration RPG. Whenever I save and reload it later on, I find that certain things have disappeared completely, specifically some doors and a few evented objects. I'm not sure what the cause of this is.

It could be a restictment of the number things(like doors or events) go to server setings and change that seting.

It's not. I've checked this, and the numbers are set quite high.

As much as I hate to double post and bump this, this is a serious problem of mine that I would like a solution for.
