JD has a track record of these things.
On a more useful note, if you're not running Intel graphics, you can get decent video driver updates that change frequently and often fix important things.
You can find out what you have by pushing Windows+R, typing dxdiag, pushing enter, and clicking on the Display tab.
If it says something along the lines of ATI or NVidia, Google whichever one it is, and search on their site for graphics drivers for that model/operating system.
