FFC- A Crap-On?

Am I missing somthing here or are you just talking stupid?

Look in your Blockland/base folder. There will be a file named Crapons_Cache.
These are add-ons that Badspot has failed, and made so they will not work.

Is this true?
I have checked and I can't find any evidence of this, anyone else know about this?
