Oh I have to get up to run at 7:00 for about 3-5 miles everyday (excluding Sunday and days I weightlift).  Then there's always Saturday where I'm suppose to run twice as much.  I'm suppose to end up running something like 46 miles each week or something.  Cross Country isn't that bad, its somewhat good for me.

by the time its 8:30-9:00am where i live, the air is already pratically boiling. its that hot.
