Games? Okay, well you have orange box and fallout, and bioshock, you are off to a good start, but let me add to that.
You will want a good military first person shooter, Call of Duty 4 has that. You can also get Battlefield: Bad Company which has a great vehicle/first person shooter experience and is more about team work.
Left 4 Dead is also a game I have enjoyed a lot.

I recommend Saints row 1/2 and Red Faction: Guerilla if you like sandbox games.
Jaxx:
I would recommend CoD3, because its a classic war game, with pretty good multi-player and is best as a general game of WWII. Left4Dead is an absolute must, especially with Live, and also getting the new CoD:MW2. I like GTA IV quite a bit, but I've never had the chance to play SR 1 or 2.
