Turning off 64x64 start?

Hey, i just got v12 and i went to start building and i try'd to make a door but it says i need to start with a 64x64 brick. i looked all over the options menu and i couldn't find anything!!! so, i'm just wondering, is there a way to turn this off?
Please help, its really starting to tick me off... :panda:

Disable Script_TerrainBuildRules (or something along those lines) in the Add-Ons menu on the Start a Server window.
