How do i run a dedicated server..

How do i run a dedicated server? do i open it while im on Reguler blockland? And just open Dedicated server.bat? and then exit blockland? Anyone have a video? Tutorial? Explanation? I really wanna know how..
Regulith:
Open Blockland.
Start a server with the name and add-ons you would like on your dedi.
Close the server.
If you want to change what map it starts on, edit the Dedicated.bat file in your Blockland folder in Notepad.
Make sure Blockland is open.
Run Dedicated.bat.
Join your server.

can you run a dedi and a normal server at the same time?

After i do that? can i exit blockland? And just keep the dedicated server.bat up? and just minimize it and do other things on the internet? or do i have to keep The blockland up?

You can close Blockland as soon as the dedi is ready.
