Normal text is italicized

General Nick:

For some reason any normal text is italicized in Google Chrome (Ever since I got it), and in IE7 (but not in FireFox, I just uninstalled firefox though I'm tired of it crashing).

Text here on the forums is fine, but the text on Google is, and other sites too.
How2fix?

Firefox crashes for you? Do a virus scan, that's the only thing I can think of.

My laptop already has a virus protection program.
It's not to viruses, it just slows down and usually it always happens when I have tabs open. Then I have to reopen the tabs and etc etc find out which one forgeted up.
