Weird Error on Joining a Server

So I go to join a server I go to often, and had just gotten on only a few minutes before.
You see, the reason I left was because of some odd error, which I ignored because it looked like a normal drop connection error. However, when I go to re-join, this appears again after downloading some datablocks:
