just make the head float and add two flat things on top of its head to make it glide

You could potentially do this on your own with clever color schemes.

and adding flat things to his head will not make him glide at all. aerodynamics don't exist in Blockland, except when scripted for vehicles. models don't ever have aerodynamics on their own.
