| Screen Resolution Problems After OS XP-98 Downgrade |

After reciving a hal.dll error on XP. i formatted and installed windows 98. SE. Now it only gives me lowest screen resolution and 16 colors (or 2). Heres Some Specs on my PC: * Dell Cimension 3000 * Originally Running XP * Currently Running 98 * Drivers Not Detected * Intel Im gonna dip a :cookie: in some :iceCream: . . . . You downgraded to 98... ? Anyway, you need the Win 98 display drivers for your graphics card. Or, you need to get back to XP. |

Still, even if you are missing Hal9000.dll, you could have found it on the internet. You could even ask a friend to borrow his XP disk. |
