--- Quote from: Rughugger on June 09, 2009, 08:13:45 PM ---I hate emo people. Be a man and tell her that you don't like it. If she insists on continuing to get attention, tell her that you have better things to do than babysit and tell her to call you when she grows up. Walk out the door. You don't have to break up with her, at least unless she overreacts (like most women will at that point when they realize they aren't in control of their boyfriend)

In any case, if she's serious about keeping you, she'll realize she's being a moron and try to cut the crap. If not, there are plenty of women who are far more mature and will actually try to treat you right instead of control you. As you said, you're 13. Relationships at that age are about as worthwhile as ripping your own teeth out with a pair of pliers. Focus on school, yourself, fun, and your family. Those are the only things that really matter at that point in life.

That's not really good advice...

Would he be quick to tell her to forget off because she has an interest?

--- Quote from: Thorax on June 09, 2009, 07:53:48 PM ---I was totally serious. If her friends are making her depressed, tell her to ignore (Not rudely, of course) them for a bit and meet some new people.

--- End quote ---

What do you think I'm doing...

If that doesn't work, talk to her friends directly and see what's going on. If they're doing it on purpose, those aren't her friends and she needs to stop talking to them.

WRB852:

No, I mean like tell her parents or something. Don't just stuff around.

Well if she has to pull that crap just to get his attention, then there was already something wrong with the relationship before all this. Or at least she felt so. Either way, no sense in letting her do nothing but add senseless drama into his life when he can avoid it.

JD:

You probably end up not being with her anymore.
That, or you're going to be really close to her.
