Basically, You just post thet thing at the top of the list when you click. http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?action=who
(to get to this in the bottom, where it shows who's online, click the blue link with # Users and # Guests.
The first one for me was me viewing Who's online page. So, If that is the first one fo you, skip it.
