Because reading a description of metalhead makes you one. Or liking a certain pop song means you automatically like all the songs in pop.
Besides, furries aren't even that bad, well some of them aren't, but you can't hate anyone because the fandom has a terrible reputation.

Oh god thank you. Yes, not all furries are bad. I do admit that some are really forgeted up and take it too far. I have in fact chatted with a furry who lost his virginity to a dog. It's simply awful that people would rape animals, but that doesn't mean that all furries are bad. Yes, he was.. he was forgeted up out of his mind for doing such things. D: More than half my friends are furries, both online and in life, and they aren't bad.
