Dts for Blender?

Yeah, yeah, i know its on the website. But i'm a rookie, and i have NO idea where the hell to put the dts file.

Any help?

And if you say: "Blender folder", then im just going to answer "WHERE IN THE 'BLENDER FOLDER'"

So yeah.

Plornt:

Blender folder.
Extract it in the blender folder.
