Rainmeter

Does anyone here use rainmeter?
I'm asking because I've seen multiple desktops with Rainmeter with "HURR" theme (I can't find HURR?)
I'm wonderingg if anyone can help me out :D?

Rainmeter, for anyone who doesn't know, is apparently a performance meter, according to Google.
Never heard of it before. :/

The skin I am currently using is HUD Vision or something like that.
