Comic book ds- compressed image viewer (good for MANY things)
Ds organize- drawing calender notes to do list .gif viewer
Pocketphysics- small sandbox thing
Colors- nice drawing program with anti aliasing and playback
Animanatee- simple animating program with two layers, onion skinning, and it can export to avi.
Then there are a lot of emulators.

From what I've seen there are some flash cards for DSi now, like Acekard 2i and R4i (I think) and I might be getting one today.
