It's a cone they put on Dug (the dog) when he failed to get the target he was after it was fun because they all had those collars that told them what they were saying and translated it so when they put "the cone of shame" on him Dug said in a pitiful voice said something like "I don't like the cone of shame" and then later on the head of the dogs got the cone of shame because dug put it on him and the dog's that were trying to kill dug looked at the head dog and started laughing it was SO funny. |

Id seen the movie,the cone of shame is really just really thoose things they put on dogs to stop them from biting. |
