You wish to single out all noobs on the forums? Well, if you mean the annoying trolls and such, then go ahead.
But if you mean Noobs as in the proper term noobs, for in-game, then No. That's just ID Discrimination. Newbs, sure, but that is just harsh to go and single out new players, who are in-experienced. Especially since it would appear that you, yourself are a noob.
