Is it a moth?

Found this in my yard in Tinwell Stamford UK.


(That's my 2 year-old sister's sandbox toy it is standing on btw)

Yeah, I think I'll do that, and add another pic of it's mouth.

The mouth makes me not so sure, dont moths just have one feathery tongue thing instead of two pincer things?
