Is it possible to upgrade my laptop in any way besides memory?

General Nick:

My laptop cost me $1500. I have some sort of warranty on it too.

For him $600 would buy him a better laptop, however it would not cost him 600 to upgrade.

Unless he wants to get a really nice laptop.

I did find a good Asus laptop at Best Buy for $750.

Also how much could I sell my laptop for?
It's got:
[*]Almost dead battery (Probably will get a new one before selling)
[*]Pentium M 2 GHz Single-Core
[*]1.25 GB RAM 533 MHz
[*]Integrated Mobile Intel 915GM/910GMS, 910GML Express
[*]1024x768 resolution max screen

MY LAPTOP SUCKS. It's slow, it's crappy, and I can't do stuff on it. It's a school laptop, go figure, no duh. Of course it's going to suck. But the thing is I just can't live with it at all. It's just so slow. I have some Pentium M 2 GHz which you'd think is okay, but isn't, and an integrated Mobile Intel 915GM/910GMS, 910GML Express (wtf kind of name is that anyway?). I'm fine on RAM, I have 1.25 GB total of it, but it's 533 MHz (cheap lol). I have a Dell Latitude D610 with Windows XP SP3.

zz_tophat:

Strictly speaking laptops really don't have a resale value (or a very, very limited one). The cost of a new battery may be greater than what you'll be able to sell your laptop for.

Try $300 but be prepared to lower that as people haggle.
