Darn I was too late to help...
But the easiest way to find the url for your router is to..
Start>Run> "cmd"
Then type "ipconfig"
It will show next to "Default Gateway"

You probably have to reset your router.
Hold down the reset button for 10 seconds, and then let go. Try it now. Does it work?

the pass should either be admin or password.
On my router, than it asks for a login
Name: Admin
Pass: Password
Easy to remember ftw.
