Need opinion on computer parts.

It means get the one with 216 processor cores instead of 192. Don't worry, it is clearly advertised on the cards.

EDIT: Is that processor you mentioned still i7? I was looking for what you were talking about and couldn't find anything. Maybe I'm just looking for the wrong thing.
