downgrade internet

the internet is SCREWED UP!!! every time i make a BL server, when my sister is online it crashes, weather shes on it or not. v11 didnt have these problems, so we need to make a v13 thats just like the v11!!!

...That's just your router giving out. It does for us in every once and a while. Try getting a new Modem, ISP, Router, etc.

we dont have enough money for that (my dads payroll lady is being a !@#$ tard). and even if we have enough money, my dad will probably veto that
