fire work gun

i was on a server a while ago and saw a gun that shot out a bullet and exploded in the air like a fire work and looked like one!! so can someone plz make me one or if you know a link that has one plz give me it thx! :cookie:

Theres a fireworks gun.
Flare gun isnt simmilar to fireworks.
