Author Topic: Modeling Question  (Read 853 times)

Ok, I am trying to model something, and I've hit a roadblock. How do I make a hole in something/hollow something? Say I had a cylinder, well, I want to make a hollow cylinder inside it, like a donut.

sry, but what modeling program are you using?

Oh sorry, milkshape.

ya, sry can't help you there.

I like it, its not as simple and easy as Sketch-up, which is kind of cheating, but its not too hard.

I still need to know how to do this, if its possible....

Hang on, I'm making a quick tutorial for this...

Select the faces of the cylinders ends then delete them. Then select the cylinder and extrude it or something so it isn't paper thin. I recomend Blender for modelling then importing to milkshape for adding joints and such.
