Like the LoZ Hook Shot but this instead.

So the same properties as the hookshot just a different model?

Pretty much yeah. It would also be cool if you could punch with it or something. And maybe full bricks, players, and vehicle to you. I don't know if that's possible though.

Full bricks: No, i dont think that would work.
Players: That could be like an admin only thing maybe?
Vehicles:It would be only your vehicles though.

Of course bricks wouldn't work.
But about the players and vehicles, you're completely forgetting about minigames. Durr.
