City rps are faild so it would be hard to get it and you need to host a dedi server(Not lan) for it to work

Weee, don't listen to him.
City RP was remote failed by Badspot. Even if you manage to get a copy of it, it will not execute. There are still some variations out there that still work, but you'll have to do some serious hunting to find one.
