I fail to see the issue here. You get the same amount of time off. Don't tell me you need that 3 month vacation, both you and I know you spend that whole break popping the entrepreneur les on your face while watching Sienfeld reruns at 4 in the am, forgetting to shower for 2 weeks and waking up at 4 in the afternoon and eat cold cans of raviolli and leftover pizza because you're too lazy to heat it up. Oh yeah, and you spend a few hours posting on these forums and updating your facebook status with random song lyrics and pointless messages like "i ate an egg for breakfast." How many people actually spent that 3 months in a foreign country learning about their culture and language? How many people decided to bike across the state or take a road trip? The school system will still let you take off for that too. Even if it's something as completley uneducational as going to Disney World with your family.
tldr: maybe if you guys did something besides sit on your ass all day you could justify having a 3 month vacation.
If you'd like to prove me wrong and go ride your bike tomorrow instead of wasting your time writing a reply to me about how valuable your time is (it isn't, I've been to school to you know I take it back, you're time is EXTREMELY valuable, all the more the reason not to waste it, ahahaha), feel free.

Oh, just so everyone knows, year-round school isn't that bad. My cousin goes to a year round school and has the roughly the same number of days as... Well, regular school. The only major difference is the distribution of break days. Insted of having a long summer break, they take a lot of days out and make other breaks longer. DSi, I'm beginning to think you're an idiot.
